\nNote: This action will erase all network settings and Bluetooth data from the device. You will be required to connect your device to the network again after this action is done.

Enchant 800, Enchant 1300
\n- Turn the sound bar on
- Press and hold the Power and Source button for more than 5 seconds
- The speaker or sound bar will power off and be factory reset

Enchant 900, Enchant 1100
\n- Turn the sound bar ON
- Press and hold the Source, Volume Up (+) & Volume down (-) button for more than 5 seconds
- The sound bar will power off and be factory reset
Or alternatively;

- Open your Harman Kardon ONE App
- Navigate to the support tile
- Select RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

Enchant Speaker
\n- Turn the speaker ON
- Press and hold the Play & Moment button for more than 10 seconds
- The sound bar will power off and be factory reset

- Select RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

- Select RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
- Ensure that your Harman Kardon One app device is less than 10m/33ft from the speaker during the initial set-up.
- Ensure it is plugged into power and the power LED is illuminated.
- Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power cord and allow the speaker to power up.
- Temporarily relocate either the speaker or router so that they are closer together. If the connection succeeds, the original location may be too far from the router to maintain a stable connection.
- Try using a different device with the Harman Kardon ONE app installed and connected to your home network.
- Ensure that your Harman Kardon One app device is less than 10m/33ft from the speaker during the initial set-up.
- Ensure it is plugged into power and the power LED is illuminated.
